DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISED PRODUCTS?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalised by special request. Whether you’d like a custom vehicle, name, registration number or something completely unique, please get in touch to discuss your idea. Additional charges may apply depending on the requirements.

DO YOU CREATE BESPOKE ILLUSTRATIONS?
Yes! We can create a completely bespoke illustration using photographs of your own vehicle. Simply send us clear reference images along with any ideas or specific details you’d like included, and we’ll take care of the rest.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Our physical products are usually delivered within 5–7 working days. Bespoke or personalised orders may require additional time for the artwork to be created and approved before production begins.
Digital downloads do not require shipping and will be supplied digitally.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available by special request, so please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote where possible.

CAN I REQUEST A CAR THAT ISN’T CURRENTLY ON THE WEBSITE?
Absolutely! If you can’t find the vehicle you’re looking for, please get in touch. We’re always adding new designs and may be able to create the vehicle you want as a bespoke illustration.

WHAT PHOTOS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR A CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION?
For the best results, please provide clear, high-quality photographs showing the vehicle from the angle you would like illustrated. Additional photos showing wheels, badges, paintwork or other important details are also extremely helpful.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN MY CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION BE USED ON?
Your bespoke artwork can be used across a range of WOW Wall Art products, including posters, mugs, coasters, T-shirts, keychains and large wall panels. Available options may vary depending on the design, so please contact us if you have something specific in mind.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Once your design has been approved and printing or production has started, unfortunately, no further changes can be made.
If your design is still being created, changes may be possible depending on the request and the stage of the design process. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what can be changed.
Foamex panels should be cleaned gently using a damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using detergents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning products, as these may damage the printed surface.
Mugs are dishwasher safe; however, frequent dishwasher use may cause the print to gradually fade or show signs of wear over time. For maximum longevity, we recommend hand washing where possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
